Information, not individual advice

Sectorscope provides general information and educational material. Content is not legal, medical, financial, clinical or individual NDIS advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice appropriate to a person's circumstances.

Source information

Sectorscope aims to identify and link to original or authoritative sources wherever practical. Government policies, legislation, guidance, programs and other external information can change after an article is published. Readers should consult the linked original source when current or authoritative wording is important.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to present information accurately and clearly. Sectorscope does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, error-free, current or continuously available.

Errors may be corrected and articles may be updated, clarified, withdrawn or replaced when appropriate.

Automated and AI-assisted publishing

Sectorscope uses automated systems and artificial intelligence in its editorial workflow. Automated checks are used to compare drafts with source material and identify potential problems before publication. Not every published article is manually reviewed by a person before publication.

More information is available in the Editorial Integrity policy.

Intellectual property

Sectorscope's original text, branding, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party material, source imagery, logos and linked content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

External websites

Sectorscope links to external organisations and websites for source material and further information. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and availability.

Liability and Australian law

To the extent permitted by law, Sectorscope is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general information where independent professional or authoritative advice was appropriate.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Sectorscope develops. The current version will be published on this page.
